Same day/night weekend delivery
We offer same day,night and weekend delivery for orders addressed within 30km of Wetherill Park. Delivery is guaranteed for orders placed prior to 2pm. For locations greater than 30km contact us and we could just make it happen.
We will contact you after your order has been placed to discuss time it will arrive (usually betwen 30 minutes-1hour). If you could like a exact time for delivery please contact us.
Once you have received your goods you may be eligible for exchange or return please see Exchange & Returns for more information. If you are not happy with your order you are expected to follow Shipping and Returns Policy.
Free Express Postage
We use Australia Post's Express Service with guaranteed next business day delivery within their Next Day Delivery Network.
80% of residential & commercial addresses are covered within the network. To view Australia Post's Next Day Delivery Network for Express Post Service, click here. *Note - please ensure you select the "National Network" dropdown and not your local state.
If you're located outside of major cities or in a rural area, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your Express Post parcel to arrive.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
XO Boutique cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen in transit. We suggest selecting Signature Required option to avoid any complications.
Melbourne Metro Area: Orders placed on a business day > arrives within 1-2 business days.
Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast, Adelaide, Tasmania and Canberra, metropolitan areas: Orders placed on a business day > arrives in 2-3 business days.
The rest of Australia (includes Perth & rural areas): Orders placed on a business day > arrives in 4-6 business days.

Local Pickup is now available. Once your order is placed a member of our friendly team will contact you via text or email with details of address and time pickup will be available. Any concerns please contact us. We are quick to reply. Any returns will be expected to be returned via our Returns Policy.
Yes! We ship internationally! Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delays may sometimes occur beyond our control and we will advise you if this happens where we can.

PRE ORDER/ BACK ORDER
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre-Order.
When you pre-order an item from XO Boutique it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be secured on arrival. Anything with a later ship date is considered a pre order.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
