Exchange & Returns
All items at the moment are on a "Clearance sale". Items are unable to be exchanged or returned.
We hope you love every item you purchase from us, although if for any reason you are unhappy with your product, XO Boutique is happy to offer you an exchange or credit note valid for 3 months. XO Boutique allows 1 exchange after you have returned your unwanted item.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
- Item or product is unworn and returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
- We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.
- We do not offer exchange or refunds on sale items $99 and under. (This does not apply for full priced items).
PLEASE NOTE: Swimwear are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. XO Boutique take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.
XO Boutique reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
